Always professional

My experiences with this shop are always great. John has to be one the best service advisors that has helped me. Especially when I know very little about cars, he explains everything to me so it makes sense for what I’m paying for.

After getting the runaround from a few different dealers, and a few different salespeople, we went to check out a car at Finch Chrysler. Ezz met us at the front counter, and quickly got us out on a test drive. The car sold itself, and after some more effort trying to work with another dealer, we gave up and dealt directly with Ezz on the car. He got us in the car for less than another dealer had promised, and with an interest rate 3% lower than we had been quoted elsewhere. Fantastic experience all around. Gord in the finance department took great care of us, and took time to explain everything he went over. He was transparent with us, and didn't try to sell us anything he didn't think we would need. Hope to be back (not too soon), and do business again!
