I am very happy with my new Nissan! Really easy process from start to finish. Kyle listened to my wants and needs as I was quite undecided on which vehicle to choose but he asked the right questions to help me narrow down my search. Big smile as I drove out of the lot and the smile continued as I made my journey home. Thanks to everyone at North Island Nissan. Highly recommended.

I am extremely happy with my purchase from North Island Nissan. The customer service was exceptional from my first contact everyone was very knowledgeable and respectful. I experienced the best customer service I ever received from any car dealership. I was especially impressed with Colton Smith who took his time and explained every detail of my purchase in great detail. He was very attentive and respectful and made sure I was completely happy with my decision. They have a new customer for life and I would recommend them to everyone seeking a smooth happy car buying experience. Thanks Nissan!

We got to pick up our Armada yesterday and are elated. This vehicle was everything we wanted and only Nissan offered it. The team was great, providing entertainment while waiting, beverages, snacks (full on meals at one point), insurance providers came in and the vehicle was perfect upon delivery. Very happy with the overall experience. Next time I will just enlist a babysitter so we don't have to bring our kids with us as they were very distracting. Shaun, specifically was fantastic and we were happy to give him our business. Looking forward to our ongoing long relationship with the dealership after having a pathfinder lease with them over the last 2.5 years.

We recently purchased a used 2018 Nissan Rogue from North Island Nissan. We had a great experience, and Breanna went above and beyond to make sure we were more than satisfied. She was approachable, courteous, professional, knowledgably, and dependable. What more could you ask for? Once we had purchased the vehicle, Breanna followed up regularly to ensure everything was still to our liking, and any issues we may have had were addressed promptly and professionally. They really earned this 5 star rating and I would happily recommend Breanna and the whole team at North Island Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

My dad and I searched for many vehicles and found the perfect one at North Island Nissan! We got an extremely quick and kind response from Colin in sales. He was excellent and very accommodating. The service they provided in the used car department was exceptional. As we were shopping long distance, they provided everything we needed including detailed pictures, descriptions, and even a video. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, there was even a bow on it! My dad was very impressed and it made my first ever car buying experience unforgettable. Thank you to Colin, Hayley, Brian, and everyone else at NIN for everything. I love my awesome car!! Let me take a moment to thank you for this Nissan location because my recent experience with you guys has been truly phenomenal! I am not even in the province of BC, yet these guys still delivered a 10/10 in customer service. After filling out a form online, a sales representative reached out to me as requested - the only issue was that I submitted this to the wrong dealership; however, Breanna from North Island followed up with a phone call. Instead of redirecting me, she went above and beyond to see if she could assist me in my potential purchase and was willing to have it delivered!!! You do not see such accommodating customer service like this as much anymore and it was genuinely refreshing as a client to witness. Breanna was super friendly, had great energy and offered an authentic sales experience which was beyond exceptional". - I would recommend anyone reach out to her and see what she can do when buying a vehicle. Trust me; she'll deliver!
