If you want expertise and outstanding customer service, do not hesitate to visit Colton at north island Nissan Campbell River. I am from Nanaimo and Colton sent me a video of the car and took the time to chat with me over the phone and patiently answer my questions. I bought a Nissan micra 2016 and Colton gave me the impression of buying a luxury car. It’s clear that Colton appreciates his customer no matter if the car is expensive or not, he wants us to leave happy and satisfied. I never felt the pressure to buy a new car. I wanted a used car, Colton respected my choice and my budget. Thank you Brian and Sean also for your welcome and kindness. Guylaine, Nanaimo.

I have been pricing out some service for my 2012 Rogue and this dealership seems 40% more expensive than anyone else. They want $321 for a job that 2 other Nissan dealerships are charging $209 for. Parts cost $34 here vs $23 at the other dealerships. I have priced out several items and service over the last year and this location is always WAY more expensive. Save your money. Get your service done elsewhere.
