Nothing being said about their sales department but as a customer with used vehicle had the worst experience ever. The Service Manager as she called herself Tara is rude and speaks down to you. She has no Customer Service skills. When I emailed the owner Greg with my issue he would not reply and still has not, I was at the dealership and a salesperson told him I wanted to see him he never came to speak with me. I have spent a lot of money there over the years and can clearly say I will not go back. They treat you like gold when you buy new but to service your old vehicle is a nightmare. They also love to leave vital information out. This customer will not return! GM Corporate will also be getting a detailed letter about my experience.
