Came into have some service, but the parts hadn't been delivered

Brought my Escape in for some service per a recommendation by the dealership.. The service man took the car and then discovered that the parts required had not been delivered. It would have been helpful if I had been advised of this before I disrupted my work day. Have to take the car back to M-H again this week.

Mechanic checked all tire pressures, reset sensor monitor. I was able to get In and out in 15 minutes. Excellent.
