Positive First Experience

I brought in an F-150 that I bought used, had the servicing that I asked for, as well as some instruction on how to use certain features of the truck. Something that was not working was fixed without charge as it was a "known concern"--they didn't have to tell me that, I was willing to pay to have it fixed, although it was an odd thing to break. So, overall a positive first experience and I will return for the next time I am in need.
