Everyone I dealt with from Larry and Garry from the sale's department, and Jennifer with the financing, were all very professional and informative. Truck been In shop 4 times for same issue they say nothing wrong with it. Took tech for ride he heard problem.. They did some mechanical stuff to truck. Say it's fixed .. Took it back for same thing.. Say it's fixed .. Not. Then get call from salesman and he says we will take tranny out and look at it. And if there is nothing wrong I will have to pay for it !! Truck has less than 15 k. And I have to pay for it !! Ford tough.. Yeah right!! Never again!! It's about the bottom line they don't care about customers.

I get great service every time I go there, I'm given the time of day as to day and times available. They call the day before to confirm the appointments, they call when my vehicle is ready. Price estimates are very accurate too. Highly recommend getting certified work at this location.

I went back to Miller Hughes because of a sensor problem, which is under warranty. I gave them my cell number, no loaner car was offered even though I live an hour away. They offered to drop me somewhere but that wasn't useful, so I waited around for an hour. After 45 minutes I checked to see how the repair was going. They had my keys waiting (even rhoygh tgey didnt call me my car had been ready for 1/2 hour ) and said they had to order the part. I drove an hour home and found out there's a dealership much closer to me. I asked them to phone Miller Hughes to get the info as driving 15 minutes is much better than an hour. Miller wouldn't give them any information. So I had to call. They were really reluctant and said "well I'm gonna have this part sitting on my shelf" to which I replied "I'm sure someone else's sensor is going to go, or ship it up to Hawkesbury. That will solve the issue". When I asked which side the sensor was needed he said he couldn't tell me as it wasn't written down. This is the second bad experience I've had with this service department. I will not go back. You'd think after buying a 50,000 $ car they'd be a little better at customer service.
