Highway 11 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

My car has been at this shop for three week and we are frustrated beyond belief. There’s is always something with their technicians,. I know things happen in life but come on 3 weeks 😮 They wouldn’t even allow us to get a newer jeep. My understanding of customer service is you go above and beyond. Truly disappointing as jeep in my dream vehicle 🚗😒

I was looking to purchase a truck and a friend told me to go here, I was impressed right away with how friendly and welcoming all the staff were, I met with Cody told him what I was looking for and He found the perfect truck for me. I met with Julian regarding financing and He was amazing Julian unlike other people I’ve dealt with was not pushy and trying to sell me more options. I highly recommend this business, Again they are Welcoming, Friendly and are awesome with communicating.

Hands down, this is the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I had an expensive fix on my van at the worst possible time, and they did everything they could to help me get back into my vehicle within the budget I needed to stick within. They went above and beyond, and that included lending me a vehicle so I could get to work! All the staff I spoke with along the way were friendly, patient and always willing to take the time to explain things to me. You made a really tough situation become as pleasant as it could be with the situation at hand! Thank you so much!!

i had the best experience at this dealership! Everyone was kind and willing to do more than enough to help me !! I originally came there to fix my vehicle and they went above and beyond to help with that, their team worked with me and my budget to leave with a new car, I especially appreciated that they were able to send home in a vehicle so I was not without one I was overly pleased with this dealership and want to thank the entire team for their work, especially Mikayla, who worked above and beyond to help me during a stressful situation & for giving me access to a vehicle so I was not without one !! I want to thank Leonard, Leslie and Wesley for their work to get me a new vehicle and also Julian whom helped me with all the paperwork and my new car ! I love my new car and am so happy that I came here !!

Had a great experience dealing with highway 11 ram! Friendly and courteous staff. Cody and Julian were a dream to work with, and made the process as simple as possible! Will definitely be dealing with the both of them again in the future! 10/10 would recommend dealing with this location

I had the great opportunity to be greeted by Cody Liddard on the dealership lot ,when I first decided to look at Wranglers and Gladiators one casual Sat morning. He really knew all about them . I instantly connected with and trusted Cody. He wasn’t pushy or pressuring. He did everything possible to earn my confidence and trust. And he did. He was thorough, quick and always respectful. They went not only above but beyond. They were super awesome! They even gave us their master set to quickly borrow. We were in desperate need and had been struggling for a couple of days. The staff here is amazing and their support is perfect in any situation big or small. They will try their hardest to find a perfect solution that suits you as much as possible. Waste of almost $500!!!! Never going back to a dealership for “service” the Jeep company has been a scam and a thorn in my backside. There’s an obvious computing system issue. They said they ran a test and resolved, yet my remote key start still isn’t working. There’s an OBVIOUS leak in my car and, yet again in true JEEP fashion, “nothing was found” y’all will find anything to charge your customers and still not fix a damned thing. Thank you for reminding me to NEVER come back for any kind of work here. Not only did you guys not order the tires I needed for install, After telling them I needed Winter tires and the size and everything. Not sure why I even bothered. Convenience of location is clearly not worth it. I’d rather drive to Toronto and get real quality work done and at a REASONABLE PRICE!! I had no tires installed, basic tests and yet it cost me $475.21. Criminal.
