Went into this dealership today to ask about the rear passenger 12 volt socket fuse placement for my 2017 Ram Rebel. I had checked all the fuses under the hood but could not find one that was blown, but my rear passenger socket doesn't work. Was told there should be another fuse inside the truck, but no idea where, and any one who might know were busy. Obviously I'd avoid that dealer!

Excellent Dealer and customer service. This is the place to go in southern Ontario for High Performance Vehicles and accessories. Reminds me of the 1960's new car dealers that used to special order and build Performance cars! In these days of political correctness, EV's,and Put Putts it is nice to see a car dealer that still caters to the true car and truck enthusiasts

I am very disappointed in my experience so far with this dealership. I purchased a brand new jeep with them in July and have about 4,800km’s on it. The check engine light came on and it started running really rough, almost stalling. The check engine then began to flash. When I went to the dealership and asked the sales people how I go about getting it towed, they told me because I didn’t purchase the extended warranty, I would have to pay out of pocket for the tow. I later found out that I have roadside coverage through Chrysler. The vehicle was brought to Hwy 11 Chrysler since it was where I purchased it. It went in on the weekend and then it was 3 days before it was looked at. I inquired about a rental vehicle or a loaner car and they informed me there was nothing available. I was 6 days total without a vehicle. They told me the vehicle was driven for an hour with no issues and they reset the codes. On the service order they provided me it said fuel running lean. I picked up the vehicle and within 100 kms it happened again, leaving me stranded. I emailed them and I have not heard anything back from the general manager. The vehicle is now sitting at dodge in Barrie awaiting service.

Go to hwy11ram. Ask for Leonard, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Absolutely incredible service and and he know’s his stuff. I am so fortunate to have found hwy11 ram. From my initial email they have been responsive, communication was above and beyond and so pleasant. True professionals! Highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Everyone at this dealership provided 5/5 star service at every step and I’m giving a huge shout out to Leonard with a 10/5. 200% He is that good and incredible. Speak to him for 1 minute and you will see for yourself on how hardworking, passionate, respectful, great listener overall great person he is.
