The service team charged me/installed the wrong tires on my truck (which was leased with SCI) back in November 2023. Of course at my lease maturity (April 1/2024), SCI had an issue with the load rating and were going to charge me a rather large penalty for the wrong tires on my lease return. I brought this issue back to Forest City and the service team, and Maria the service manager took full responsibility for the mistake and no questions asked, was willing to make it right even tho several months have passed. The issue was forwarded to the new dealership owners (Finch Auto Group) and within a few days, they agreed to pay the penalty for me as it was their mistake. I am extremely pleased at the 0 hassle, 0 pushback for acknowledging the mistake, and the speed at which they corrected it. Dealerships don't typically operate this way so this was very refreshing to know that there are some very honest people (especially in upper management) in the Finch network of dealerships. Thank you Maria/Tamara in service, Diane the controller and the owners of Finch for a speedy resolution. I never judge people on mistakes, we are all human after all, I judge them on their ability to fix them, and you guys smashed it out of the park. Having purchased 2 trucks at Finch Chevy since 2020, I will remain a loyal customer for future vehicles, and continue to do all my servicing within your network. Thanks again!

On January 31, 2024 the Forest City Dodge service department went above and beyond the call of duty and came to my rescue. The problem may have been small but the response was big. A woman from the service department (Tamara) addressed the problem immediately and the mechanic that fixed the problem was quick and courteous. I travelled back to Tburg worry free and grateful.

Very happy with the service . Salesman chris schadenberg is very good and general manager jay . Bought a new blue ram 6 months ago and had a few minor issues and they are taking care of me . Hope the good service continues since finch bought the dealership
