I had an excellent experience with South West Chrysler. Right from my first contact with Kinnerleyy she professionally transferred my call to my salesperson of the day. Right away I was able to set up an appointment within a half an hour Right from the time I entered the building all of the staff were very friendly and I felt right at home. I explained to Chris Reath, that I was looking for a Ram 1500 truck. Very quickly I was shown a few vehicles and went for a test drive to get the feel for Driving the big truck. Again I was guided through the process very easily feeling very comfortable with some of the decisions I was about to make. Then it was off to a more detailed information session with Peter Chan. The Sales Manager. We narrowed down some of the options I had made. Then it was on to a further meeting with the Director of Finance, Matt Hardy. I know how hard he worked to get the financing approved. At this stage I sat down with Cassidy and we tackled all of the paperwork trail. She was just so sweet!! Then I went home and waited for the pick up appointment. How exciting, proud and fulfilling to be able to drive out of the parking lot of Southwest Chrysler. I have to say that everyone on the team made me feel welcomed, and that my wishes and dreams were realized. They were all fabulous and I would highly recommend this dealership for their wonderful customer service. It seems like I am a member of their family now. Everyone from the top down at this place was a great help! Our salesman dean was helpful and easy to deal with while not pressuring us at all. The sales manager lance helped put together the vehicle and options I wanted with my satisfaction at the forefront. And the finance team Matt and Kelly helped seal the deal with quick and knowledgeable responses to any and all my questions. Thanks again!
