The customer service was exceptional! They did there best to accommodate our inconvenience. However, after bringing the vehicle in 5 times for the same issue, it is still not resolved.

Chris the sale person is great to work with, also Maria in Service is friendly and helpful

Have dealt with Southwest for a few years now. The ownership has improved the experience. As mentioned Chris my sales person works hard to find me the right vehicle and price. Maria is friendly and assists me in my work orders for service, she treats me as a valued customer. The emails for service specials are great too.
