We had a problem with our 2012 Dodge Ram Pick up on Sunday afternoon in London, ON. We went to South West Chrysler Dodge Inc. on Monday morning June 29th, 2015 and we were treated like one of their regular customers. From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed, treated with respect and they could not do enough to help us out. They had our truck looked at, ordered the part and installed it so that we could continue on our way home. Thank you to all the great staff including reception, service counter staff, mechanic and courtesy driver. The treatment that we received made a difficult situation not seem so bad after all. I just purchased a new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Polar Edition from John Varga at South West Chrysler. I was very impressed with the work John did to find me the exact Jeep I wanted and most importantly what he did to get it to me. I found everyone at the dealership very helpful. The only thing I was extremely disappointed with was the delivery. I have bought a few used vehicles from dealerships before and I have always received a full tank of fuel on delivery. When I drove away I found it with under half a tank. Also whenever I have purchased a vehicle I have always received a couple free oil changes, unfortunately this did not happen here. Overall I was impressed with the dealership and most importantly John Varga the sales representative and would highly recommend using him. I was just disappointing spending what I did on the vehicle and having to fill it up when leaving the dealership. James R. McGuire
