Just purchased a new f-150 from Cambrian. All thanks to Billy Young and John Armstrong for making it happen. Billy worked hard to find me the EXACT truck I wanted (I was very picky) and John was able to get me into it with the finance plan I wanted. Would highly recommend seeing Billy!

I had an experience with a Chris Simpson from Cambrian Ford at my own store. He was very rude, he tried to fight and argue over being charged 30 dollars for a more expensive chair. He was unreasonable and tried to throw me under the bus by telling my boss that i told him he didnt have to pay, witch was a complete falsehood. When I told him I didn't appreciate him lieing to my company. He then proceeded to call my boss to have me fired. Remember, this is all because he did not want to pay for a more expensive chair. He filed a police report against me to say I called him a cheapskate the police thought it was funny. How far does a loser go to save 30 dollars. I would also add that he sent his friend to my store to threaten me Jamie Kozera. Sorry Chris Simpson, I don't work there anymore. You can't get me fired. Please be more honest in life. It works much better. You are the exact reason people don't trust car sales people. Your arrogance is second to none.

I was interested in the Ford Edge and when the salesperson (Gilles) gave me the price per month, they had priced out the ford escape instead. They need to be more diligent and not rush through to try and land a sale. Due to the cost of financing, I decided against buying for now and they didn't even call me back to asked me to come in to pick up my ownership which they forgot to give back to me. Nor did they email or text me. They just mailed it off with NO COMMUNICATION. cause they didn't make a sale. Very disappointed we the lack of communication, what happened to keeping relationships open in the hopes that I would return at a later date. NOT NOW!

I tried to purchase a used truck advertised on their lot sight unseen. I had driven one locally and felt fairly comfortable doing so. I was also from out of town 4+ hours away. I felt I made a strong cash offer which was verbally accepted however I was told they had an appointment for someone else to see the truck at 5:00 pm that day and that if they didn't buy it the sales person would reach out the next morning and we would get something done and put pen to paper. That person never showed up and the next day the sales person contacted me . Took my information wrote back to me with a contract with a higher price then previously negotiated. The contract also had a significant charge for an admin fee ( I was paying cash no need for financing) . This admin fee wasn't advertised or mentioned in the Facebook Marketplace advertisement. I thought Omvic required actual cost pricing in advertising ? The contract also said I would be purchasing the truck in as is condition??? . Who pays over $60,000.xx for a used truck as is . I specifically said I would be sending my plates with a bank draft during negotiations... and then the straw that broke The camels back . The sales rep says the guy who didn't show up has now rescheduled for this evening. That they are leaning towards that customer because he has a trade they want and that again if it doesn't sell only then can I buy it.... I don't play games .I said then sell it to the other guy 😐 . Not professional and am glad they won't be getting my business.
