It was a great experience from beginning to end. Mike Mallette was a great salesman and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. The Business Manager Michelle was also very pleasant to deal with.

Randy Godden was our sales person and we could not have been treated better. He was fair in all our dealings and explained thoroughly the ins and outs of our new vehicle. This is our fourth vehicle purchased at Cambrian from Randy and would not think of purchasing a vehicle from anyone but him. Excellent treatment. Highly recommend him to anyone.

Brought my vehicle back due to engine like on and tire rubbing after getting it serviced last month.

Furthermore, after this last visit my truck is in worst shape, after leaving the city of sudbury, going up the first hill out of area, my truck was started jerking and engine light was flashing off and on for about 10 secs and there is still hear front tire rubbing while reversing turning left, it being after 5 i could not call or bring it back...Totally disgusted with the service.

So it was long weekend and couldnt bring it back right away, engine likght was on and tire was rubbing. Upon my return to get it looked at, again for the problems by your company had left with my vehicle i was charged an additional 141.00. While there i was lied to by service girl MaryYuk (last name) saying my vehicle was first to be worked on because i was waiting, I had no problem in taking the shuttle to go elsewhere, after 2 hours of wating i just noticed my vehicle just going in. i live in a remote community and time in the city is something i do not need to waste. i have never felt so much disrecpect and dishonesty of the service staff of Cambrian Ford, Sudbury, ON. Another while i was getting charged for bringing my vehilcle back i tried to explain, why i brought it back and that the problems were produced from my last visit, only to be bombarded with comments from another service person and Maryyuk, stating the problems were not caused by your company.
