Have only been for services on my vehicle and I can say the experience is nice. The staff is helpful and if needed they have shuttles so you don't need to wait at the dealership. The waiting area in the dealership is ok, there is a coffee/tea machine and there are some comfy couches and chairs with a TV.

Limited communication, kept my vehicle for a week only to be told parts were on back order (but was told after the fourth day). Did not feel like a priority at this dealership and making an appointment over a month in advance clearly made no difference.

Called to schedule appointment to have fluids replaced, spoke to Brenda Lee who proceeded to argue with me that my vehicle didn’t need it and that she knew better than I did (not her vehicle not her money) she spoke down to me because I wanted to do early maintenance saying she knew better than me not knowing my background whatsoever. Worst experience I have ever had with a service advisor who thinks she knows more than she really does and no more than what the script says in front of her. Do yourself a favour, avoid this place if this is the caliber of employees they have on the front line.
