Great service! I was dealing with Chad Gagnon and he was exceptional. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns. I am very satisfied with my new purchase and the service at Cambrian Ford.

I walked in to the service department and the second I got to the counter, their friendly staff were quick to acknowledged my issues with my vehicle, offered to scan and address the issues immediately while I waited. They even offered to drive me where I had to go, as well as pick me up afterwards. I had nowhere that I needed to be, so I waited around the showroom. A gentleman by the name of Robert (Paquette) introduced himself, and offered me a coffee while I waited. The quick service with my vehicle was an overall great experience with great people. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone for their automotive needs.

Worst customer service in the city...Avoid them even if under warranty. It takes three visits to fix any issue.

My experiences have always been amazing. From purchasing my first new SUV to all the maintenance and upkeep, every visit has been a positive experience. I have always received excellent customer service. My car is almost three years now and I already know that when that time comes for a new one, it will be another Cambrian Ford. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer every visit.
