My vehicle required a repair. I was given a ride to work by a friendly shuttle driver, and received good communication throughout the day on the status of the repair. When the repair would extend beyond a day I was provided a nice vehicle as a loaner. When I did get my car back the vehicle was fixed as expected. Overall, despite a repair generally not being a good thing, the service and treatment I received was very good.

I am very happy with the recent experience installing my winter tires. From the conveniece of shuttle rides to having the vehicle cleaned and detailed upon pick-up, the entire process was well received.

Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. Comfortable waiting area with WiFi, coffee etc. Left with clean car.and work completed satisfactorily. First class experience.

change to winter tires the battery on the fob needed replacement very helpful staff very professional very courteous. mycar was ready on time. the staff answered all my questions. very knowledgeable. a very positive experience
