Had an appointment the next week but had an emergency item come up. Sean / Steve and gang got me in and out, a loaner, and taken care of efficiently and without any delay / interruption. Great team with a great attitude towards getting high end service. Follow up was A + as well. Much appreciated...

I’m continuously disappointed by both sales and service. My latest appointment was no different. It was for a coolant top up, something that should have been handled at a previous appointment. This was an inconvenience in and of itself...but was topped off by having to wait almost an hour for a shuttle/cab pick up at the end of the day....only to arrive at the dealership where all the staff (save one) had left for the day...in spite of knowing about the mix up. This is just one of several unfortunate experiences since becoming a customer.

Had issue with passenger door lock. Experts solved the problem and kept cost within reason. Highly recommend for any bmw concerns.

I've been a client of BMW London for 10 years now. The 328 is at that point where parts are starting to wear and tear naturally and I can honestly say I've always been treated with world class service. Sean Finn, Service Manager and his Service Advisors have been top notch and I can honestly say, BMW has been and will continue to be the best performing vehicle I have owned. It's feels like they are my extended family and that's how they roll! Keep up the great work folks!

I took my car in for an oil change and a couple other things. I assumed that my car would receive a multi-point inspection. My check engine light was on and I was told that if I wanted to know the problem, I would have to pay an additional $150. This is was in addition to multiple diagnostic feedback on a couple other issues I have had with the car (USB not working and windshield washer fluid not coming out). This would have met almost $500 just to identify the reasons for the car not working properly. This cost is obviously excessive prior any work being actually done. I obviously don’t expect to return to the dealership for these repairs
