TERRIBLE, Wanted to take my 335is Cabriolet to get 2 SAFETY recalls done, they want to charge 30+HST and don't want to wave the fee. As a principal, this is hilarious, after spending so much money buying their cars, parts, labor etc they show you again they don't give a damn. Go to a a better dealer that wants your continues business, and let the bad dealers go under.

Walk in and talk to service department for rim repair ( a little curb rash, not too serious and I purchased fully rim and tire pretction ), so first staff told me, of course, it muse be covered, ( i mention him the scratched rim is aftermarket, he said yeah, no problem still covered since you have purchased protection) . so then came back other day ,wanna drop key for the repair, other staff who served me said aftermarket rim is not covered by protection. I told him your colleagues who took care my case told me is is covered. He decided to call someone, after that he said it is covered not matter OEM or aftermarket, but it only can be fix for 2 time in your total protection team. just a little case, three staff gave me three different answers ? so what is your regulation ? what is the rule of my protection ?

I had the worst experience at this dealership, after taking my car in for a recall it was returned with a broken window with no explanation, it took a full month for the service manager to get back to me with a condescending attitude, telling me he doesn’t know what happened but if they break something while the car is under their possession is my responsibility. Absolutely outrageous. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, it’s hurtful to be treated like this after BMW has been my dream car. I’ll be buying my next one from BMW Kitchener. They were the complete opposite. Edit: Thats what they put inside my door without even telling, a piece of old wood. Unbelievable.

I bought a mini Cooper from Budds BMW and it leaked through the sunroof off the lot, and they even parked the car inside when I picked it up so I wouldn't notice. I ended up doing most If not all of my contact and warranty work with BMW through the London Dealership, they had a great attitude, I would have stuck with them but we ended our relationship on a sour note. I got into a pretty serious wreck (No injuries luckily), and when I want to pay off my car, at one of the tougher parts of my life they gouged me for more then a thousand dollars in "fee's" they were just categorized as "other fee's." The lady at the time couldn't even explain to me what they were for. Now I could understand some fee's if I had not got a 0% financing. But they lost nothing when I paid my car off, and still charged me. That feels totally unacceptable to me.
