Dropped by at the end of November to look into a Mazda3 GT, spent some time dealing with Christian Fuentes, and was very impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, and even took the time to explain (and have me safely test) some of the more obscure safety features. When it came to talking about the price, Christian was very up front with the cost breakdown and explained what was going on - I didn't feel like there was anything being hidden or obfuscated. Ultimately I ended up going in another direction, but it wasn't due to any wrongdoing on Christian's part. I would certainly recommend Christian to any family or friends that are looking for a Mazda in the future.

I am so pleased with the customer service I received at Mazda while shopping for my new car! From the test drive process, to finally picking up the new car, I have no complaints. Jimmy, in sales, was particularly attentive to what I needed during the process of buying my first car! Everyone at this location was extremely professional, nice and attentive during the whole process.

Our experience at Mazda Bank Street was excellent. Don, our salesman was very friendly, funny and helpful. He made sure we were very happy and got us the perfect CX5 that suits our needs. Their Service, quality and staff are amazing. They treat you as you're one of them. I would definitely recommend buying from Mazda Bank Street, especially with Don! Bought my 1st car- Mazda 3 GT 2018 from this dealership. Siddiqui was my sales guy and he is the perfect man for this job. A test drive with him will make you like any car as he clearly explains in detail not just about the car but through the history of Mazda and your model of the car through the years. He did a break test on the roads to show the safety level of my car which stunned us. Excellent customer service from this guy which I didn't see in other dealerships. The good thing is they won't push you to buy just to increase their sales, they let you decide. Thanks for this wonderful experience Siddiqui.
