Did not have a great experience, I came in with a lot of questions unfortunately about my vehicle, tires, and the warranty I had. The original employee that took my call and initially was helping me was quite lovely! However the man who was called over to assist further made me feel incredibly belittled, and was very abrasive when speaking to me. Left even more frustrated and confused then when I came in.

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Zak while looking to make a car purchase. He was responsive, reliable with follow-ups, kind and honest. It's very important to us when making a large purchase to work with someone we can trust and Zak certainly gave us that experience. I would go back to Bank Street Mazda any day and if you have the chance, request Zak as your representative!

They like to put hidden fees into the sale price and triple there the money for there pockets never deal with them again

I was contacted by one of their associates after I posted my vehicle for sale on a public site. He said they were very interested in the car and would make me a good offer if I brought it in for an inspection. I told him I knew the wholesale price, didn't want a lowball offer and didn't want to waste my time. After driving there, sitting waiting for the 'manager' for an hour the offer turned out to be half what I was asking. Looking through these reviews this seems to be their normal way of doing business. Beware if you're contacted when trying to sell a vehicle. Dilawri, I don't want your apology, it can't be rectified, and I won't be contacting you.

Bought my first ever Mazda3 vehicle here. The best thing you’ll ever find at a dealership is here! You have Eddy Badra, a sales representative who is very kind and full of knowledge. He went through every single detail about my Mazda and MazdaApp as well, helping me understand it and being comfortable before driving off. Then you have Sally financial service very polite and thoughtful. He treats you as his family, making sure you get the best accommodations. Lastly I have discussed with a general manager Kirk. He gave me a nice approach to his wing, making sure we got the best of the best at Mazda. He knew how to take care of us. and also John Dustan Service Manager very humble to answer all your concerns, The secretary's respond nicely as well, I originally was with Hyundai, and now I never want to look back. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the service I received at this location. I will only continue to recommend it. Look out, Mazda, the best way to drive all your life! Thank you all Mazda teams!!! Amazing leadership skills General Manager Kirk!!
