I just bought a car from Jeff O'Brien and it was a great experience. As soon as I walked in Jeff approached me to see how he could be of assistance. He answered all my questions and was very informative but more importantly to me, he was very friendly and relaxed - no pressure at all. I really love my car but Jeff was the deal sealer! I felt completely comfortable dealing with him. Jeff got me an excellent price on the car and I really feel he was trying to help me and that it was important for him that I was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend Jeff O'Brien!

Hassan was very enthusiastic and willing with I came in to test drive a few cars. He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. When I came back to make the purchase, he welcomed me and we finished the transaction with ease. A big thanks to Hassan because I am enjoying my car the more I drive it.

Our cx7 caught fire just outside of Kingston on our way to a wedding in Ottawa. We're from Durham and got our car towed to bank St Mazda as we had lots of problems with our whitby dealer. Brian in service was a breath of fresh air. He was honest, friendly and got our car fixed up in time for the wedding!!! All under warranty too!! Thank you so much!!

Numerous times I have taken in my car with difficult problems, and had it returned in great condition. They don't give up on the tough problems, and always find the root cause. They guys at the service desk are always professional and very helpful.
