All Roads Dodge has just lost my business. Since covid has hit this dealership has gone down hill. I'm having trouble with my van starting already have had my van in for this issue before. I was told next time it starts to happen to bring the van in for a couple of days so the dealership can catch it in the act they would give us a courtesy car while they figure out what is causing the problem. That was a lie they do not have courtesy cars unfortunately with a sick child who needs medical care I need to have a second vehicle available. I have reached out to another dealership who is willing to help. I will be contacting Dodge Canada as well. For a dealership who for the past 2 years had been wanting us to trade our vehicle because of the low mileage on it you would think they would want to help us so they can get top dollar for it but we'll be taking it somewhere else.

Becky, It would have been nice to speak to you in person to explain.... we are so sorry we did not have a loaner available for you. With an on going global parts shortage we currently have our vehicles out and booked out for customers vehicles that are in need of repairs (not driveable, most covered under warranty awaiting on parts). We are glad you found someone with a loaner vehicle for you and hope they can have your vehicle act up and address the problem. Again so sorry we do not have a courtesy car available to you.

Very unpleasant experience. The owner turned out to be a really greedy person. I had to back out of the deal just 24 hours after signing up...just had to. They hadn't touched the vehicle yet but kept the deposit citing charges incurred such as safety and prep. How about customer care, retention, satisfaction, compassion..... Someone from the manufacturer should probably provide them training on the new and correct way of conducting business in todays competitive environment. I ended up buying similar vehicle from another deal about 2 months later. No small town charm here....just greed I would suggest stay away from their underhanded ways In response to the owners' comments; 1) your sales person was well aware that this truck purchase was for business purposes and as a business person yourself you should know that business deals do not pan out sometimes and they take longer than expected sometimes. 2) the truck was eventually sold and your 'invisible' costs were recouped so why not in the name of customer satisfaction/retention return my deposit. Hence the greed factor. 3) nice way to reply to an unsatisfied customer...way to go! Is it just AllRoads way of conducting business or does DODGE as a company supports arguing with customers this way. I may have to ask their PR about this. 4) these are very uncertain times for most people and for most part, people, govt. and businesses are cognizant of it and are going out of their way to help. Vehicle sales have actually benefited during this time and one might think it puts them in a better position to go out of their way to not be greedy. I am glad I did find a Dodge dealership that was so much better. 5) your personal or previous undertakings have no bearing on the way you treated me. I know you from this event and I believe you could have dealt with it differently. 6) what made you deal with me this way. I am actually curious as to why you weren't more understanding.... You have my contact info so reach out because that is the way I will move forward with this. I will be using a different platform and a different audience past this post

Themas, It is not AllRoads policy to keep a deposit when someone changes their mind on a sale in a day or two, when we have not done any work to the vehicle. In your case you did not cancel your deal till 6 days later and we had already saftied and worked on the vehicle, we also had taken the truck off the market and told a potential other buyer it was sold. We did give you a portion of your deposit back of $250 dollars to be fair to you. We incurred costs of having to safety the vehicle for you, doing a commerical safety with paperwork including a yellow sticker and once again for another buyer as the safety had expired by the time we had sold it again as we had to remarket the vehicle. As for your comment of greed we have only kept deposits about 5 times in our history and as you are attacking me personally i would like you to know I have been a on call firefighter for our town for over 27 years responding on weekends, holidays including Christmas morning, in the middle of the night in peoples time of need. I have also helped run fundraisers raising money for local sports teams, Muscular Dystophy, Ronald Mc Donad House charities to name a few. I am far from a greedy person! AllRoads as a company sponsors great causes suck as Salvation Army, Cindy's law, Rotary club of Stratford and St. Marys, Ribfest/musicfest in Stratford, Police charities,Candian Fallen Firefighers Foundation, Hope for Haiti , St .Mays Library and many more. We had an engine on our truck go. We took the truck St.Mary’s All Roads, and Marilyn Govier worked extra hard to get things moving so we could get a new motor. It was under warranty and she keep us informed about when the motor would be in and when the work would to be done. We were impressed with the service we got and will recommend the dealership to others.

Poor customer service from the service side of the house. I was instructed to take my Ram in by Chrysler Canada because of an issue with the uConnect system, then no one wanted to deal with what is clearly a manufacturers defect when the vehicle is out of warranty. Ended up not getting the issue resolved AND I got charged $70 for my trouble. I paid your $70, hope it was worth losing my business and the business of anyone who happens to ask me about my experience with allroads.

So sorry about your experience. We followed Chrysler's direction regarding the bulletin on how to deal with your screen and apply for a replacement under warranty. Unfortunately, Chrysler declined to pay for the replacement of the radio even after a followup call to them from AllRoads. Sorry again, we tried to have Chrysler cover it. When it comes to warranty after the term expires they make the call if it is covered or not.

Sara and the team were awesome to work with when buying my new wrangler ! They got me approved and the vehicle ready for me to pickup in less than 48 hours. They took the time to explain every feature to me and every option so that I was comfortable with making such a big decision. I would recommend this experience to anyone!

Stay away!!! Friend went in to change her brakes and they did not attach her wheel's back properly. Something really bad could have happened. Never seen/heard about such incompetence from a place.
