In comparison to dealerships in London, I found the sales staff to be very friendly and not too pushy. Everything in terms of purchasing a vehicle here was great - I figure I received a bigger bang for my buck, however, when it comes to having your vehicle serviced, look elsewhere. The service staff here need a lesson in customer service as they obviously fail to realize the importance of maintaining any relationship. You'll almost feel like apologizing for being such an inconvenience by having a routine oil change done. (even with an appointment) And don't expect more then the minimum... a smile might even be stretching it - but if you get one take it and count yourself lucky! So if you have to get service done here, don't let the door hit you on the way out.
