We purchased a used Tacoma with the agreement some final touch ups were to be completed. When we picked it up, the work was not completed as discussed but we left anyway with the truck and disappointment. I have never complete a Google review before, but after much contemplation I wrote my review the next day. Within an hour I received a call from Jerome, the General Manager. He was very apologetic and vowed to have the mistake corrected. The work was done immediately with professionalism and accuracy. Above our expectations. Jerome and his team have taken a zero stars experience and made it 5 Star by making me feel heard and providing extraordinary customer service to correct the situation. We appreciate their response, service and care they have for their customers.

My husband and I bought our truck from here and our salesperson was Brayden. We were very happy with his helpfulness, professionalism, an all round happy guy! He really did go out of his way for us and we are thankful!! And It does not stop there, everyone at the pioneer Chrysler in Mission are amazing. The financing, insurance, everything was brilliant! Two days later I needed to go back to retrieve our hitch, it ended up being a bit stuck due to sand and needed a bit of persuasion to come off. Eric the manager to the rescue, he not only got it off, (which took him a bit to do) but cleaned it out and oiled it for us. Above and beyond, and I thank you again. If we are ever in need of another vehicle only one place we will be going to. 😊

I took my Jeep to another Jeep Dealership because I was having some issues with my Jeep starting. I felt ignored and treated poorly. They refused to help me and gave me back my Jeep without trying to fix it. I was referred to Pioneer Chrysler Jeep and I procrastinated because I didnt feel I would be heard and would be wasting my time. I went to Pioneer Chrysler Jeep without an appointment to explain my situation and make an appointment to have it fixed. All I can say is WOW!!!!! I met Cory in the Service department he was awesome!! He asked where my Jeep was so he could see the problem. Cory made me feel heard and started suggesting things it could be. I suggested some things and he agreed with me. He then introduced me to the General Manager Jerome. Jerome was fantastic!! He explained things to me and I never felt rushed or pressured. I decided to trade my Jeep in. I was introduced to Brandon in Sales. He was so much fun to do test drives with. I ended up purchasing a car from them. I never felt pressured or rushed. Thank you to Cory, Jerome, Brandon, RJ and everyone else who helped me that day. You all made me feel heard and answered my questions. Thank you for taking a stressful situation and making it fun. I would highly recommend this place for any of your car needs.

I purchased a suv about two years ago from them.. that experience was ok but the issue I have now is the amount of phone calls and text I get in a day from their 3rd party people. It’s super annoying. Today I was called back to back and had voice mails.. I’m at work, if I don’t pick up that’s normally a sign. You left a msg and called right back! I get texts all hours of the day, starting at 5am sometimes… please change this as this is supper annoying!!

I was lucky enough to have Nav answer my call at the dealership. He was super helpful, enthusiastic, and not your typical car sales person. As it turns out, I was his first sale---EVER!!! It was an honor dealing with him, and I hope this is the first of many happy reviews he receives. There is a real healthy balance of youth and experience at Pioneer. From the sales floor to the finance dept, the insurance agent on site to the lot. I didn't feel pressured, I felt supported. Thanks again to everyone at Pioneer, but especially to Nav Dhaliwal for a great experience!!!

After having a few years of constant bad luck and mistreatment from dealerships, (being laughed in my face for not purchasing a warranty on a 40k+ vehicle) I finally found a Dealership that actually cares about good customer service and Takes responsibility to make situations right. Based on their honesty, communication and fair pricing compared to other dealerships mission Chrysler has earned my trust. I don’t expect constant perfection but I know I am in good hands having service done here. Rahim especially has gone above and beyond. Thank you guys for making such an effort
