Melissa is the best salesperson I have ever met. I don't live in that neighborhood she offered to bring the vehicle to a local mechanic for me. Unfortunately, the vehicle isn't the right vehicle for me but I still very much appreciate her work and honesty. Please ask for her when you get there!

Courteous, kind and professional, Darren , helped us trade in our car, reduce payments and drive away with a wonderful 2021 Mazda. The car is magic! It practically drives itself, with an incredibly smooth drive, and all sorts of "bells and whistles". I love driving it! When we picked up our car Darren had washed and waxed our license plates and provided a transparent cover, before he attached them to our new car; service and attention to detail in spades. Although I didn't purchase a vehicle from North Bay Mazda, my wife and I visited with initial interest in a CX-5. Cody welcomed me as I entered and he introduced me to Melissa. She was very thorough in her job and did an excellent job at showing me the vehicle and explaining the features. Unfortunately, we decided that the CX-5 was not the vehicle for us, but that was not Melissa's fault. She did her job and served my wife and I well. Since that day, she has kept in contact with me regarding other vehicles coming into stock. From our experience, I would recommend this dealership and, specifically, Melissa as your sales rep.

The staff at North Bay Mazda are amazing and very friendly! A huge thank you to Mackenzie, Cody, and Andrew for making the process of buying a used car very simple and easy, especially since I had to drive 5 hours both ways! You guys are awesome!!
