A very comprehensive vehicle inspection

Check engine light and check engine sound. Also had an oil change. Was very pleased with the time taken to walk me through everything that was checked and done on my car.

Poor customer service

When i was called back in regards to my vehicle, I felt like I was not treated respectfully. I felt like I was being belittled and made to feel like incompetent, because the problem I had called in for was not showing when it arrived at the shop.

They have had very friendly and thoughtful service staff for the 7 years I owned my Mazda3. Bill was very honest and straight forward with every repair and eventual suggestion of trade in. Charlaine was very knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful when I randomly showed up to choose my upgrade, a cx5.
