An excellent experience.

We purchased a gently used GMC Terrain here. Rick White was both friendly and professional. I really appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us, listened to what we had to say, worked to get us a deal that worked for us and followed through on the items we discussed. After some bad experiences at other dealerships, it was refreshing to deal with someone who heard what we were saying and didn't try to argue us into something we didn't want. We traveled from Prince George to make this purchase, and I would certainly recommend Cariboo GM to my friends.

Excellent Service

Thank you Cathy for the amazing service we received when we were there. Out pickup broke on our way from Bella Coola to Williams Lake, we arrived at Cariboo GM and Cathy got out pickup in to be diagnosed, and had the part overnighted from Vancouver. The next morning out pickup was fixed and we were on our way. Thank you so much Cathy, you made a bad day turn into a good one!

We recently had trouble with our vehicle while passing through Williams Lake. It was our first time dealing with this dealership and Cathy, Leo and the rest of the team went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. They made us feel like we had been customers for years and the level of service was outstanding!
