Appointment was for 9 am yet we check on it at 12:30 pm to see if we can pick it up, but they told us that it was just going into garage. The appointment was a oil change and to change a hose. I was told that the hose was there prior to the appointment; however, when I called to check if vehicle ready, I was told it was only going to be an oil change because the part was sent back. This is the second time now we have attempted to change this part. When received the car back, the passenger seat was filled with dust and dash with oily/dirty finger prints on the dash and front of the glove compartment
