I want to thank Manvir for providing a great customer service and helping us by going out of the way and giving us a great deal!! We bought the Jeep Wagoneer 2023 and are really happy with that. He was truly very honest and professional with us and i would also like to thank Alex for helping us out with the great deal and not to forget that he was so sweet with my daughter! Its the worst dealership i have ever been to they put in protection that we didnt even need for a base price 56k car they make that 79k more than 20k extra for things that not needed and didnt gave gap insurance as asked car got totaled and we got only 50k out that when still owe 65k so 15k out of pocket dont suggest anyone to go there please beware of these scammers they ruined my life with a big loan on it

I must say I was very impressed with Volodymyr with how he took care of us! We came on a very cold winter day and made sure we were all good. I especially want to highlight how good he was at getting to a comfortable price point for us and understanding our situation. He did such a phenomenal job from the start to end and even once we received the vehicle he was checking up on us making sure we were comfortable with our purchase and we definitely are! Volodymyr is very caring, accommodating and cool to deal with. If you guys are looking to purchase a vehicle at East Side Dodge, I highly highly recommend talking with Volod and you will not regret it. My Fiancé and I love this vehicle and its thanks to him!

recently purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 Sport My salesman was Manvir singh. He made this dealership experience a pleasure. He did a fantastic job in helping me find a truck that fit my needs to a tee. Called in to get some help for an online order and had the chance to speak with Jarrett. Jarrett was very condescending to my questions and made me feel like a complete idiot. Jarrett was not very transparent and became offended when I pointed this out! Yeah, I will never step foot in this dealership as it sounds like this is part of the culture. I am glad to report there are really good dealerships in the city that offer great customer service and are transparent to deal with so I think I will deal with them. Also spoke to the GM Darcy about this and he just wanted way this was okay and then tried to gaslight me when I would cooperate with his agenda. SHADY DEALERSHIP with SHADY MANAGEMENT

We always want to try and get better and provide the proper customer service, but we also do not appreciate phoning multiple employees and using profanities as a way of communicating your frustrations with them.
