Jack was most definitely amazing to work with and we absolutely love our new 2023 Ram 1500 Warlock edition. Jack made our decision so easy. He has done such an awesome job at making sure we were fully satisfied with our new purchase and that everything we wanted was included. Lady at the front desk showed attitude and no customer service skills when I brought up to her my trucks bumper s allignment wasn't correct and the installation wasn't to my satisfaction as the alignment was completely off. When I asked to speak to the manager, she refused and said that I couldnt. I had to go through a salesperson on the floor in order to have the ability to speak and get ahold of someone. In order to get the bumper re alighned and fixed. The individual who had worked on my truck didn't mention anything about the bumper not popping back in and just wanted payment for their shady work.

Terrible untrustworthy dealership, and terrible mechanics especially for diesels. Vehicle was also damaged while in their possession, Stephen refused to show me footage from previous days before the incident where they broke my rear window, the only thing he showed was the incident where the window finally broke and fell into the back of the truck. Now that I see another review coming in for a broken back window, it's easy to tell they have a vandalism problem with people breaking into vehicles. But why lie about it? Just had work performed on my truck at a different place and had them look over some repairs that denham claims to have made. I had hose clamps left off my EGR valve after they've been in there, wiring harnesses left undone, wiring left hanging on the floor of my truck under the dash, and they flat out lied to mopar customer service saying they fixed my vehicle. Just about everything else they've touched looks botched where they put it back together. After being told "our diesel mechanic is the best we've seen" I am starting to think their service manager doesn't know what he's talking about. I wouldn't let these guys attempt to fix a wheelbarrow at this point.

They are good in selling cars or vehicles and if there is problem with the vehicle they dont care about. You booked an appointment and forgot , they will tell you it is not theyre responisiblity to call the customer to remind you for your appointment and a guy in the service dont know how to deal with the clients or customer i suggest to hire a guy with knowledge delaing with customers and on vehicle..your paying a guy that its not worth it in your company!!!what a shame!!!

Very disappointed with the customer service! Booked an appointment for some maintenance work and they never called saying they ran out of time to take a look on that specific day. I get things come up but the least you can do is call the owner so they can arrange to come pick up or borrow another vehicle for an extra day. Not enough time was given to arrange vehicle to be brought home or borrow someone else’s vehicle so it spent the night. Their team took a look at the vehicle the next day and called to see if they could change air filter as it was quite dirty. OVER AN HOUR LATER they call and say the window was smashed and that it was broken into the night before. (Nothing of value was taken, and it happened supposedly in their compound - but why weren’t we notified in the am when they “checked the air filter”). Just more money to replace window. Finally after a week we go to pick up vehicle and glass is still on the driver seat. It wasn’t even cleaned, and workers obviously sat on the seat to move from compound to shop! They are lucky the glass didn’t rip the leather. But I am beyond disappointed on how a loyal customer was treated. The lack of communication and customer service is disappointing. Nothing like going above and beyond for their customers. I give them a 0 star rating!

Incompetent and untrustworthy. Will throw random parts at a vehicle they can't seem to diagnose, and will string you along with improper repairs until you are out of warranty. They will flat out lie to mopar to avoid dealing with warranty repairs when their amateur diesel mechanic can't find why an engine is knocking. Bring your vehicle anywhere but here if you want it fixed properly.
