Three strikes and you guys are out.bad experience each time ive come in to the dealership or asked for help. First issue was an interior heat problem i had with a new vehicle.it lost heat in the winter inside the vehicle.brought it to the dealer they flushed the coolant out under warranty.that didnt fix it.returned the same vehicle twice for the same unresolved no heat issue to have the dash removed and heater core replaced twice. Got my vehicle back with scratch marks all over the right hand fender. (Black vehicle).got an apology over scratched paint. Long story short that vehicle was traded off to a diff. Dealer for a different vehicle due to an unresolved hvac problem. Twice now ive been to your parts dept. With no compromise on your inflated parts prices. I get it you need to make some money but doubling the price of a part that you dont stock just because it says mopar on it? Thanks for nothing. I called another dealer an hour away that was more than willing to deal with me on the parts. I will not return to buy another vehicle from you,buy parts or use your service team.

Bought a used truck from another dealer Bluetooth didn't work. Truck was under warranty so I took it to denham they had the truck in the shop 4 times and still no answers. Finally said this is enough took it to vermilion they had it fixed in a few hours no charge. Ontop of that I was told denham wouldn't try any of the things there hot line was asking them to do to fix the problem won't be going back

It was a pleasure to deal with Barry Mackichan at Denham for the purchase of my new 1500 Limited EcoDiesel. He went above and beyond to find the truck I wanted and answered ALL of my questions in a responsive and thorough manner, which really helped put me at ease during such a large purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Barry again.
