Spencers Sudds led me through the experience of selecting my new lease -- a 2024 CR-V EXL Hybrid. Spencer was very helpful in explaining features of the vehicle and various leasing implications with regard to timing and financial considerations. On a test drive, he helped me to understand how this car differed from my previous one. I never felt pressured and the whole process was more than satisfactory. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Spencer to others who are looking to purchase or lease at West City Honda.

Pat and the whole staff were fantastic. Very informative and they let the Honda product with amazing features and price, be the driving force. We never felt any pressure as we did take our time with our first new car purchase ever, a CRV Sport! Thanks Pat & West City Honda.

It was great working with Spencer Sudds. He was personable, professional and was precise on instructions on " gadgets " in the vehicle we were looking at. He was able to answer all of our questions and was prepared for our visit and test drive. He was a pleasure to work with and the extra touches of follow up and welcome greetings were memorable

My experience buying a car from Param Bajwa at West City Honda was excellent. He greeted me with a real smile and excitement as soon as I walked onto the lot. He carefully considered my tastes and needs before professionally and knowledgeablely walking me through each choice. He showed amazing honesty and attention to detail the entire time, making sure I was well-informed and secure in my choice. He went above and above to answer all of my queries and worries though out the phone-calls which made the buying process easy and stress-free. I left in my ideal car Honda Civic Touring 2024, feeling like a valued client and appreciative of Param Bajwa's great service. Great Place good people with pleasant and friendly atmosphere. My experience at this place was very satisfying.. Sales & Leasing consultant Mr Param Bajwa helped me figured out what will be the best deal for me. Detailed explanation of all features by spencer. Joel Shea is knowledgable and very kind while helping me understand all functions and their usage. Also Financing with Stephanie was quite easy. She kindly helped me with all the necessary documents with lot of patience. At the time of delivery, we were welcomed by the Honda team with great enthusiasm. It was great experience with all team memberes of west city Honda. Thank you very much all.

My wife and I recently replaced our van with a new Honda CRV. Our sales person was Spencer Sudds, he was very knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot, both new and used. He was patient with our 2 kids and helpful in our mission to find the perfect vehicle for our family. He understood how important it was for us to choose the right vehicle as we intend to keep it for a long time. Through the almost month long process of test driving various vehicles we never once felt pressured to make a decision by Spencer, he made it clear he was there to provide us with the correct information we needed to make the right decision for our family. He also followed up after visits and after we had the CRV, to inquire if we had any further questions or needs.
