Friendly and Professional service from Sales and Service Departments. Not thrilled about having to bring the vehicle back to correct a problem when the vehicle just left service a day ago. When called about the problem, I was treated excellent and Professionally! Great all around. Would of been 5 stars if the vehicle didn't have to go back to correct a problem that wasn't there when the vehicle originally went for service.

Just a tip I learned. If you're ordering parts make sure they have it in store. Their parts team said an item would be in as a truck was arriving. Turns out it was not there and I wasted a trip.

Lacking Customer Service

January 25, 2021

It took over 7 months for the recalled parts to arrive for the A/C in my civic. Finally brought my car in today, nobody called me to tell me when it was done. Finally got a hold of somebody after calling for 20 minutes only to be told my car had been ready for hours and everybody in the service department had gone home. This may not seem like much but it reflects the dynamic of the interactions I've had with Honda employees since buying a new car in 2016.
