I had the absolute pleasure of buying a new CX30 from this location earlier this summer. Between it being my first new vehicle and trying to arrange an out-of-province sale, I was fairly nervous, to say the least! I put inquiries in with multiple dealerships in the Red Deer area, as it's a place I visit fairly often at least. Out of all of the dealerships, Amelia from Gary Moe was the only one to call me back. I worked with Amelia to pick the vehicle I liked, then Renee to figure out how to make it fit within my budget, and both of them were an absolute breath of fresh air! I never once felt pressured, and Amelia was absolutely amazing at listening to exactly what I wanted and working to find it for me, and even holding it until I was able to make the trip down south! Even the folks in service (I dealt with Peter) made themselves available to answer every question I had both during the sale and after, even when I felt silly for having to ask. Every single interaction I've had with Gary Moe's employees has been fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Was in the market for an awd SUV to get my kids and I around but I did not feel like spending a ton so my budget was a bit tight for today's market. Many salesman had a large change in attitude when they found out I wasn't spending a ton of money. Amelia treated me no different and found a safe, affordable and even fun to drive SUV for my kids and I. I would recommend her for any and all used vehicle needs!

Red Deer seems to have a long list of dealerships with shady reputations. If each dealership had an Amelia that wouldn't be the case. I recently brought my parents to see her to help get my mom in a new AWD Mazda. The warranty Mazda offers was a big thing for us. Amelia's ability to actually listen to a customers needs and fit a vehicle to those needs is next level. Many times salesmen will stop communicating and helping after the vehicle is delivered but Amelia followed up twice and even sent some cold weather feature reminders when the snow first fell. Go see Amelia, you'll be glad you did!

My wife and I were looking to purchase a 2024 Mazda CX5 about a month ago however, they did not have the one with the trim level we wanted. We dealt with Amelia Hills who was awesome. She did not persist like other sales personnel have in the past by trying to sell us something we did not want. She respected our space and was still always there to answer our questions. When the time came to purchase she assisted us and made the process really comfortable and easy. Every part of the process was explained clearly and she even followed up a couple weeks after to see if we had any concerns. We will definitely by using Gary Moe Mazda in the future. I just hope Amelia Hills will remain a part of the team.

Looking for an affordable vehicle with more room was so easy with Amelia, she was amazing and had everything set up for me. Quick and easy no hassle! She even had all paperwork done up that way I came in signed and drove away in our new to us van! Hands down the best sales women ever!

I was in here 4 years ago before covid, got nothing nice to say about the sales team. The guy who showed me the vehicle was newly trained so it’s not his fault. When I gotta sit down with the decision makers, two of them, they asked me to justify my offer , I told them to counter, and they did with full ask. Then they practically kicked me out after several offers I made. I mean, who buy a used car at full ask? Negotiations is part of the game, isn’t it?
