Great dealership to buy from, very helpful and clean, my jeep was gassed up and detailed. Only negative thing I could say is when I went for an oil change 2 months after buying, all of my fluids meeded to be changed! That cost me $500, just thought it would have been done at the dealership. But I would still buy another vehicle from GaryMoe because they were great to deal with.

Very disappointed in my experience here. Will never be going back or dealing with anyone from Gary Moe ever again! Had to get AMVIC involved in order to receive money that they owed me (approx $500). They did nothing to try and rectify the situation to leave me a satisfied customer, just gave me excuses and eventually gave me my money back only after a 3rd party was involved.

Got the car I wanted for a decent price. Car was not immaculate when picked up. First time I have had to clean a car when I bought it from a dealer. Nottold about the cold coolant light on Mazdas. Would have been good to know. When I called back I was to,d to call roadside assistance. Took it back for the free car wash. Waited well over an hour . Had hoped for better service. Everything seems to be really hard at this dealership

You want a dealership that lies and cheats, well this is the one for you. Id honestly believe a back yard fly by night dealership would have been more accommodating then these guys. When I purchased the truck the dealership told me they put on the lift and the wheels (which don't have TPMS sensors). After I picked up the truck I noticed that the rear sat higher than the front, took the truck in to various locations in town and I was advised to call Gary Moe and find out what they put in the truck. Gary Moe denied ever putting the lift or the tires on the truck. The Sales Manager said they truck had those modifications done by the previous owner. I have pictures of the truck from the Kijiji add showing different tires on the truck, so yes they put on the tires at least and could have put the TPMS sensors. I actually ran into the people who in fact traded my truck in while getting my mail. they traded for a 2500 and ironically they live one street over from me. They did not put the lift in it was in fact Gary Moe. Now I have a truck with a 4" lift in the front and they put full 6" coils in the rear. $1850 out of my pocket to fix this, plus $450 to have TPMS sensors installed and I also have to wire my Inner wheel liners down because they weren't secured and rubbed against the wheels at speeds of 100KM/hr. All in all, they lied and denied and left me the customer standing in the cold to deal with all the issues. Gary Moe Gasoline Alley You Are The Definition Of Greasy Used Car Salesmen.
