Nothing but problems...that is how I would describe my experience with this dealership. I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape from them in Fall 2014. I requested two things during the deal -- a new windshield and a command start. Check out dealer rater for a detailed description of what I've dealt with during the past year. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

These guys really came through in a pinch! 5pm on a Wednesday I walk out to a semi deflated tire. After driving on it way more than I had hoped, and contacting several businesses that were no help at all, Gary Moe stepped in and stepped up. Tire had a hole and was patched and filled with no fuss, no drama, no issues. Was extremely impressed! Gary Moe you have just won my loyalty, see you for my next oil change!
