Time waiting and quality of the vehicle delivery were poor

Delivery of the vehicle was continually pushed into the next day requiring me to get rides from family. It was finally ready in 10 days. I believe the hold up was the paint shop. This is my seventh vehicle purchased from Haldimand and the last few have been delivered with numerous scratches that could have been easily seen and buffed out. I was asked at the time of purchase if there was anything that required fixing up, but due to the fact that the cars on the lot are dirty many imperfection are not visable. With one vehicle I purchased, I pointed this out and waited for an hour for the scratches to be removed. With this most recent purchase I choose to simple leave without complaint and fix the scratches myself. However the mechanical issues were taken care of proper and the salesperson was fine. Thank You.

Great Service no high pressure sales and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted.

We had been to 5 different car sales places before coming here. We were tired of high pressure sales men trying to force us into a price we couldn't afford and into vehicles we didn't want. Then we came to Haldimand Motors. We were able to walk around the lot and really look at what we wanted without being pressured by anyone. We had a look and took the vehicle for a test drive prior to even having to deal with sales people. Our vehicle was ready in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with the service.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

The entire experience was the best I've had yet when buying a car. Everyone was very courteous and there was absolutely no pressure to "buy" at any point. The car was represented honestly and I was actually given more information about the history of the vehicle than I would have been able to recognize myself. Upon delivery, all of the deficiencies that I was asked to bring forward were taken care of and more. I have already recommended Haldiman Motors to my friends and I've only had the vehicle for a few days!

99% of the purchase was handole well

The only thing I was not happy was the way the extended warranty was presented to me. I think the fine print should be shown to the customer to help them decide better. As once I read it over it was different then the way it was explained to me.

Straightforward deals no hassles

The services was excellent. Evaluation of my credit history was pretty fast. The value of my trade in I would say, is on the upper side. I would recommend Haldimand to my friends if they want to purchase a used vehicle in the future.

We love the fact that the web site is always up to date on vehicles still available or sold which saves us a trip all the way there to find out the one we were most interested in was sold.
