Friendly and professional staff with a large inventory and reasonable prices!

I was in the market for a small SUV and found a wide range of vehicles at Haldimand Motors to test drive. I appreciated being able to take the vehicles out on my own, a trustworthy gesture. I found one and at a good price. This is not my first purchase, as I also got a vehicle for my daughter.

The sales staff were very helpful and advised us on extended warranty, services and guarantee. There was a minor issue with the purchased vehicle and their service department corrected it promptly at no additional charge. Their service department is very good with courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They’re all the best!

First Car - Exceptional Customer Service

My daughter purchased her very first car and the customer service she received from Haldimand Motors was amazing. They walked her through the entire process. Were very friendly with out any pressure for her to make a decision. They helped with her fianancing. She brought a couple minor concerns to them about the car and they immediately fixed them as well as a few other minor issues that were not visible. Such a wonderful first time buying experience for her. Thank you to everyone at Haldimand Motors for being so wonderful!

Bought a car had some issues with it,brought it back to have things looked at,one of the issues is they can’t find the problem or how to fix it ,the car is back the second time for the same issue still trying to find out how to fix it, not sure if I made the right Choice by purchasing the vehicle haldimand had the car more then I have driven it
