Excellent service, great value

I have purchased two vehicles from Haldimand motors and have nothing but great things to say. Fun, well informed, amazingly fast turnaround and I am loving my new van as are all the dogs I take out in it to the park every day! Highly recommend Haldimand, great value for your money and nice easy going atmosphere.

A change of finances brought a little confusion to the mix, but was fixed the day I picked up the car. Quite satisfied with my experience overall. I like the fact that a salesman does not follow you around. I would certainly recommend Haldimand Motors to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

This was my first time dealing with haldimand motors and overall i had a great experience with them. i loved their warranty options and the buying process was very quick and delivery was very quick as well. The only thing that i was not so impressed with was that when we picked up our vehicle ($47,000) it was half full which can be looked at both ways. yes they dont really have any obligation to fill up your vehicle when you pick it up, but a little thing like filling the vehicle up would have been one of the small things that we would have really appreciated. i will definitely look at this dealership for future purchases and overall had a great experience. Certified?? Brake light inoperative, rear Springs/ shocks make noticeable creaking sounds on 1st day with vehicle. Have to make multiple trips back and forth from Hamilton.

We dealt with Brent for the most part and he was fabulous. However when picking up the vehicle Brent was not in! We got someone who was not wearing a name tag and he didn't introduce himself to us at all! He was very rude and had quite an attitude. With so many hands in the pot it is difficult for this employee not to be confused! He did not explain the ownership correctly and we ended up paying twice for the ownership! We were not told it was to come in the mail at a later date and this would not have worked in our case since it was very close to when we had to go get the sticker for the plate.

I bought my 2014 Ford Fiesta from Haldimand back in February and have no regrets! The sales and service teams are equally wonderful and patient. When I was initially buying the car I felt absolutely no pressure to make a deal I wasn't comfortable with. The sales team were honest and open about everything and I felt listened to and respected, something I can't say for all the dealerships I visited looking for a car. I have been in to have my Fiesta serviced three times now, just to check up on a few minor things, get the oiled changed and the tires switched, and they have gone above and beyond my expectations every time. They're gracious and answer all my questions, no matter how ridiculous. This is my first car so knowing I can go to them and be given a straight, honest answer is great. I would recommend Haldimand to everyone and anyone! -Brianna B
