Top notch service department. While I purchased my 2011 Kia Forte used at another dealership and serviced elsewhere the service team in here went to bat for me. Kia standing by their product overall has been impressive. Solid protocols in place for the current pandemic. This department will be considered in the future and Hudson's Kia in Listowel will be in my short list for next vehicle purchase.

We had a TERRIBLE experience. We went to this dealership because they had the model, make and colour of vehicle we wanted. We called and drove 2+ hours here to deal directly with dealership. Service was non existent. We signed papers and financial papers on site to purchase vehicle. Personally paid to Purolate licence plate information so we would not be held up on pick up. Day of pick of we arrived to find they misplated the vehicle and we had to wait 2+ hours for the to fix the mistake with out any compensation which lead to a missed appointment . 2 days after we were contacted stating the anti corrosion package we paid for was apparently installed was forgotten and we would have to return to have this done. After arguing with the dealership they agreed to pick up our vehicle and leave us with a loaner. We left our vehicle for pick up with over half a tank of fuel. They picked it up and brought it back 3 days later with less than a quarter tank of fuel for our use. Once again we called the dealership and they offered us a broken apology and a $50 gift card they said they will “send us” We have heard this story before and still have nothing. Please save your time and money and go ANYWHERE else for Kia products than Kia Listowel.
