Great Car Buying Experience

Everyone was super friendly and helpful and made the car buying experience really easy. They were very fair on my trade in as well which was a big plus. I would recommend this dealership and especially Dave and George who I had the pleasure of dealing with through this process.

You Can Trust Them - They Deliver

I found the perfect used car for my young daughters posted online. A discussion about this car and the work done to improve it despite its age convinced me to purchase it, and to drive 2 hours to pick it up. When I picked the car up, it was immaculately detailed, all work was done as had been told, and the car drives like new. In my case, the work done would have been left undone by other less scrupulous dealers (as we discovered in the search for this car). But they know the car, the history (as they had known the previous owner) and the whole experience far surpassed what you might expect from a used car experience. Absolutely should the need arise again they will be my first place to look.

I am very happy with my new car it's beautiful. The sales team there was awesome! The entire team works so well together. I was very impressed with the whole experience and lets not forget Monique the secretary she is the first person you see when you enter the building she greets everyone with a beautiful smile and a hello how can we help you today and when I call the dealership about a question on my new car, I once again hear that beautiful voice of hers on the other end of the phone wanting to direct me to the appropriate person. "She's a keeper" Thank you Dave for being so patient with me and spending quality time with me it made me feel like you really cared about me! Good to excellent purchasing process. Would like to have gotten a little bit of a discount but salesman did not budge on price.

This was my second Hyundai I purchased. The first was a Santa Fe in 2009, which is still in great shape and has been passed along to my daughter. I purchased a Tuscon this time and absolutely love it just as much! As always, we had great staff helping us make our decision.

The staff were warm and friendly. I didn't feel like they were just trying to make a sale. The salesperson who let me take a test drive in the car was not pushy. He seemed knowledgeable about the car and its accessories. The person who talked to me about the financial aspects was thorough and informative and again she did not try to push extras on me. She was very accommodating when I asked her to change the payment dates to coincide with my pay days. The man who went over the car and how everything works was humourous and very informative. Another staff member was very gracious in helping me set up my phone for hands free calling. All in all a great experience buying this car!
