The normal reasonable service I have had over many years.. As noted above only 4 months of battery life since buying the vehicle was a bit disappointing

Good warranty work and customer service. Shuttle service takes you where you need to go and returns you when work is done. They take the time to go over your invoice before payment so you know what was done and the charges.

Was Long time customer of the service dept.....always been a good place to go. Lots of trucks on the lot.....wanted to see a pacifica....salesman looked at me as if to say are you sure. He was right....there was only one on the lot, and although the ride was good....the pricebis too high to justify it.

Generally they are friendly and give good service Twice now they said my truck brakes need replacing during a piece of mind inspection. However the report always indicates there is sufficient brake pads. I get them to clean the brakes and they work just fine.

Regarding the comments about the inspection, we do a complete inspection of your braking system on every Peace of Mind service. Our trained technicians may notice signs of wear or performance issues that cause less than optimal brake performance. Although the brakes may still work, we try to give comprehensive information so you can decide what service is necessary. In cases of brake pulsation, new brake parts are the best option, but of course our customers always make the final decision on any work we perform! I was contacted by the office as to service needed. Which I was getting ready to do. I was properly advised as to preventative maintenance plus needs that I was concerned about. I was shuttled to and from my residence by your service, and received my car back by early afternoon. Very efficient as always,Thanks.
