My visits to Leggatt Cadillac are positive and fair. The service department is efficient and clean. The shop foreman,Chris Picott is one of the most knowlegable technicians I have ever met. He and his staff are the main reason I return to Leggatt for service.

I have been a customer of both Holland and the Leggat for over 10 years. Our service advisor has been John Royston for those years and he always makes sure that customer service is exemplary.

Nothing but disappointment. Wish I had never purchased a car from this dealership. Poor service from all aspects since day one biggest regret I have is dealing with this dealership. Even tried to reach out to the general manager with no response and no solution

I dropped into the service area without an appointment and asked to have my tires checked as I was leaving on a motor trip. Crawford had a young man do the job immediately, and I was on my way. Thank you very much.for such excellent and friendly service.

I have been very pleased with the purchase of my used vehicle. Joe Lafleur was extremely helpful in finding a vehicle to suit my needs and I felt very well taken care of during my sales experience. Since purchasing in April I have attempted to come in twice for complimentary oil changes only to leave without the service being completed. My first visit after waiting an hour after checking in I was told my filter wasn't in stock and had to come back. For my second visit I made sure to call a week in advance to ensure my filter would be in stock and told the service department what day I would be arriving. Working in Kitchener I drive straight to the service center to ensure I am there before it closes and this week I was told the computers were down and an oil change couldn't be done. It's now going to take me 4 visits to complete 2 free oil changes. I wanted to use this opportunity to thank Joe for his service but I have been let down by the parts and service department thus far.
