My appointment was timely. I needed a shuttle service that was provided, with a friendly driver. A change of wheels from winter to summer was required. I was informed that some work should be done on the hubs and I agreed. Further work was proposed which I declined. Help was given to me with respect to seating positions. The people I came into contact with were pleasant and courtous.

Brought my vehicle in to inspect noises coming from the suspension on the left front end of the vehicle and what I thought was humming noises possibly coming from the power train. The vehicle was test driven and the suspension was inspected. No issues were found with the suspension and the humming noises were identified as tire noises.

service is always outstanding, courteous and timely. I arrived on time for my appointment and the car was taken immediately. On completing my tire exchange I was advised that an alignment was in order as the car was drifting to the right. This was done quickly and my clean car was delivered right to me within 1/2 and hour. All the staff are very knowledgeable and respectful. I have never regretted buying my car at Acura on Brant

Service beyond terrible.

Worst place EVER. Don't go there. $1500.00 to replace spark plugs because they couldn't fix the noise. Same answer as other posted message for something they couldn't do/know "don't worry it's not a problem". Thanks for nothing. Andy condescending.

I have mixed feeling about the parts department.YES I DO speak with an accent,but as a customer I deserve something better than 10 min. waiting periods,first- there was nobody to come to the counter,after waiting for more than 10 min. I went back to new car department asking if there is a lunch break at parts depart. .Finally when I was able to talk to someone at the parts counter,I ask about price of a part I had to wait another 10 min. to get an answer.POOR service at the parts department. On the other hand sales person at thee new car department was very helpful and nice.
