Refuses to fix a known defect which causes the rear window to spontaneously shatter. Does not have their customer's safety in mind.

Burlington Acura are fantastic they were the best dealership I’ve ever dealt with really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a new vehicle should purchase their vehicle from Burlington Acura. Hailey was our sales person and she was great very helpful, friendly and Knowledgeable.

The staff at Acura On Brant have treated me and my family very well over the years. That recently extended into having my vehicle repaired at Leggat Collision Centre and now to getting ceramic coating applied. These guys do it all! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately, you are an employee in the wrong place. You are not good at marketing or marketing with customers, but the blame is on the administration that placed an employee in an inappropriate place. you should only sell vegetables.

Typically they have decent service but there was 1 incident in the past with a wash bay employee scratching up my car with a broom, the dealership tried to remedy the damage but the owner never got back to me on dealing with the bulk of the damage (front bumper)... But they had friendly service so I tried to put it past them and went back for more service but for some reason during the most recent service someone disconnected my car's dashcam. Possibly to avoid getting exposed when mistakes are made. In fact back when I spoke to the owner very briefly after the first incident he actually thanked me for bringing up the "broom issue" so they can better there service. When asked why they disconnected my camera the second time around I was told it was for employee privacy, I guess their stance on bettering service has changed. (Fyi canada has 1 party consent for filming, only recording private conversation is illegal, my cam never records audio and you can see on the screen that its video only)

Hi Amiel, I am disappointed to see that you're writing such a negative review after we had your vehicle completely paint corrected, and not just the hood where there was a mistake made by our wash bay person at the time. This despite the fact your vehicle is 8 years old and we cannot confirm it's care prior to that visit; as you purchased it used. I am also disappointed that you have taken down the picture's of the vehicle paint correction and your comments on how great the service was to remedy the situation, only to replace it again with two employees being put online, rather than coming to talk to Gene or myself to find a solution. It is behavior like this that perhaps makes technicians and other employees more aware due to their privacy being breached as you have done for a second time. Thank you. Troy Smith, General Manager

I had such a pleasant experience with Jeff, Grant and the entire Acura on Brant staff. They were all so prompt, took their time to go over everything with me. I could call Jeff at any point or message him and he was always on the phone with me to keep me updated on my car and helped me with any questions I had! Thank you so much Jeff for your help! you're the best!! :)
