Acura on Brant

Showed up at the collision centre at 7am after a hit and run accident on my 2014 MDX. I was pressed for time as I start work at 9am, about 1/2 hr commute away. Unfortunately, the car rental places don't open until 730 or 8pm. Not wanting to be late, I asked about a loaner just for the day, until I could get a rental car after work. Despite my last minute request (and getting an emergency loaner is difficult at any dealership), Jeri in service, the collision centre manager, and the valet driver (yes all 3 of them in a wonderfully executed customer service ballet) quickly got me an Acura loaner, and assured me that they would have a rental car waiting for me later in the day when I return the dealership loaner. I bring my Acuras (3 if them) here for service, and have always had a good experience. This is (unfortunately) my first collision centre visit, but based on my experoence so far, I expect to remain very satisfied with the level of service at this dealership.

Quite unfriendly place, one of the most embarrassing experiences with Canadian retail. I never thought of Acura SUVs due to their outdated look, but a new RDX made me stop by and give it a try. For any car I have a very simple entry test: if my high water bottle does not kill my elbow when I change gears, and if volume/channel switches do not give a corn to my finger within 1 min of use. Unfortunately a beautiful Acura failed this test right away like a beautiful Honda CRV before. For some reason these brands don't care much about driver's convenience. When a sales rep came up to me, I decided to save him a pitch and told that I would not go for Acura. Before I had a chance to continue he asked "Then why are you here?" I guess he saved me a speech as well :) Sorry Acura, no reason to pay for this kind of attitude.

Had a great experience with this dealership. Andrew Greco ( Finance mgr) is one of the nicest, most professional guys that I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. This is a great Acura dealership that do not take your patronage for granted. Thanks for the great experience .

Very friendly service managers that deal with any issues quickly and to my satisfaction. Appreciated that when the shuttle was delayed unexpectedly due to an accident that a loaner vehicle was available!
