I have had some horrible experiences with service departments so I was pleasantly surprised when I visited the Acura dealership. I was greeted by Glenda and my car was worked on immediately. Glenda was very friendly and accommodating. She recommended a great restaurant within walking distance of the dealership where I enjoyed lunch while my car was being worked on. When I returned, they had completed working on my vehicle and Glenda was on hand to explain the work done.

I first went to Acura on Brant because my parents told me about the fabulous service they received from Andrew Czornoba in the service department. I drive a Lexus now, but because of the great service my next car will be an Acura for sure. Andrew and the service department team are a credit to the dealership.

The service at Acura on Brant is always outstanding. I am always made to feel very important, even though my vehicle is not even an Acura. Any work done to my car is very thorough, and completed with care. They do not push unnecessary work, and Andrew Czornoba (service manager) can never do enough for his customers. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I can't say enough about the service team at Acura on Brant. Andrew Czornoba is the most honest and helpful Service Manager that I have dealt with at any dealership. He goes out of his way to make things rights. Thanks for the many years of service Andrew.
