pleasant staff described my problem and was understood also had a recall notice I was reminded of and work was completed same day did not have to make another appt very friendly staff when I went to pay

I know things happen but it just happens to me and my truck more than I like. This is the third time I've had my truck to the dealer for work and I end up returning because something wasn't done correctly. First two times were at another dealer. This time was fairly minor. I had my truck in for an oil change at the express lane and the next day I have oil staining my driveway and splatter all along the under side of the truck so I returned 2 nights later and the guys had a look and found it was leaking from the filter and fixed me up and were very apologetic. Like I said it was minor but just wasted a couple hours of my time taking it back in. When you charge $250 for an oil change it should be done right the first time.

It started out with trading in my 2014 Dodge Sport for a 2017 Dodge sport , I explained to the salesman that I do not want to trade down I want the same options as I had , at this time he did tell me the new one did not have air seats, which I was ok with , however once receiving my truck I've noticed there's no power passenger seat as well as no trailer brake system , after I specifically told him I needed the tow package ... after all this I was told there were going to be a set of weather tech floor mats , which I've yet to see , and my truck has been in your service bay 3 times for body issues , which has been a huge disappointment as this is my primary vehicle , which now means I need to borrow a car as your service dept shuttle does not start till 7:15 which does me know good as I wrk at 7:30 ... this has been a huge disappointment as my last truck I had it for 3 yrs with only one issue , this truck seems to be in service more than I have it , I really hope this is the last time I will be bringing it back into your service dept . Tuesday June 20 7 am once again a royal pain ... unhappy customer to say the least .....
