I purchased my Town and Country at Oxford Dodge. I recently had damage done to my van by a snowplough. Service checked the damage and told me to take it to the collision division. Collision were very pleasant and thorough to deal with. They gave me an estimate in about 15 minutes. They told me when I could bring the vehicle in for repairs which would take 3 days. Three days later my vehicle was repaired and waiting for me all washed and looking good. To my delight they had also vacuumed and waxed the dash board and deodorized the inside. I felt like I had a new car. I left feeling great. Thank you so much John to you and your team. You made the whole experience very pleasant. Mary Rose Sanderson

Our service experience started out a little rocky. There was a failure to diagnose a glow plug warning light with our EcoDiesel Jeep Grand Cherokee in a timely manner. The problem was misdiagnosed twice and incorrect parts were installed, and subsequently removed. Five days later, with some persistence from myself, and a call from the technician to Diesel engineering at Chrysler, the problem was isolated and repaired promptly. The delay in diagnosis made for a hefty labour charge as they tinkered with the Jeep for days. Geoff went above and beyond to hear my concerns about the process and ended up discounting our bill to make up for the failure to diagnose the problem quickly and cost effectively.

I found the staff extremely helpful and answered all of my questions efficiently . My vehicle was done ahead of schedule as I was waiting and am very happy about that . Waiting is the only way I could bring my vehicle in, so that is great to have that option . .
